If you're not receiving automatic emails or responses to your support tickets, follow these steps:

1. Check your spam or junk folder

Sometimes, our emails may be redirected to your spam or junk folder. If you find any emails from FounderCatalyst there, mark them as "Not Spam" to ensure future messages land in your inbox.

2. View your support tickets directly

Instead of waiting for an email notification, you can check the status of your support tickets directly on the FounderCatalyst platform. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, so you can always find updates there.
