FounderCatalyst supports your application for (S)EIS advance assurance, as the rules are identical across the UK.

If you’d like FounderCatalyst to support you in securing advance assurance, please raise a Support Ticket via our website and one of our experts will be in touch. We will need to assist you with adding a Scottish company to the platform, but from there it's plain sailing.

Services unavailable

At this time, we don’t provide funding round legals for Scottish-registered businesses. The Companies Act in Scotland has diverged slightly from that of England and Wales, and our documentation doesn’t yet reflect those differences.

The good news is that we’re actively working on updating our resources to accommodate these changes and expand our services. Major updates and new offerings will be shared on our website and social media channels—be sure to follow us on LinkedIn to stay informed.
