Completing your first funding round can be a daunting undertaking with so many unknowns. You don't know what you don't know. Sam and the team at FoundersCatalyst have held our hands through the whole process, been attentive when we have had queries, and made the whole procedure a lot easier than it may have otherwise been. Second to that, the value for money that you are receiving with FC over its competitors is significant (£1000s). When you are fundraising, you are generally doing so because your cash position is not at its strongest. Knowing that costs for your funding round are fixed, and wont spiral is a relief. We are currently in the Agile stage of our first round of investment, and will be completing more rounds through FC in the future. The level of service you receive is not in line with how much you pay. Typical SaaS businesses will take your payment and offer no support but I would argue you receive a lot more support and service than you pay for. Sam is a wealth of knowledge as well
