We signed up to FC following a recommendation from several founders I met through startup networks. FounderCatalyst's Agile functionality is perfect for navigating the messy reality of fundraising. It's incredibly simple to use, and takes the sting out of the otherwise intimidating paperwork. The FC team themselves are always going above and beyond - answering emails and lending a hand at awkward hours.

The level of service you receive is not in line with how much you pay. Typical SaaS businesses will take your payment and offer no support but I would argue you receive a lot more support and service than you pay for. Sam is a wealth of knowledge as well
